Winter Adventures
There is something for everyone at Pasha Lake Cabins. Come and enjoy the
beautiful winter wonderland your way. On snowshoes, cross country skis,
snowmobile or sitting over a little hole in the ice; however you get pleasure
from the winter you can do it in luxury at Pasha Lake Cabins. If you are
looking for a secluded yet modern resort then you've finally found it.
Our cabins are like home away from home. You will be impressed with the
comfort and cleanliness. A simple thermostat on the wall keeps you toasty
warm. Go to the resort tour section of the web page to see our fireplace
cabin. In addition to our super modern cabins, sauna and hot tub, we also
have a large, new heated shop which you can use for any maintenance needs.
After an action packed day relax under the stars in an outdoor hot tub.
When did you make a snow angel last? How about trying it in your swimsuit.
Rejuvenate yourself in a wood fired cedar sauna and then make an angel in the snow.
This winter spend your vacation where luxury meets convenience and affordability.
Ice Fishing
Does the phrase "Big Fish and Lots of Them" mean anything to you? If your
answer is yes, then you will be both surprised and impressed by the lack of fishing
pressure and the super numbers of fish found in the Pasha Lake area.
Walleyes Fish Onaman Lake just once through the ice and you'll see why it's the premier Walleye Lake in the region. The fast action starts at the end of November and continues on well into the New Year. Other area lakes provide excellent winter walleye action. Call for more details. Lake Trout With three lakes within four miles of the resort including Pasha Lake, you need not venture far for exciting trout fishing. One of these lakes has incredible numbers and a good eating size while the other two produce much larger fish in smaller numbers. The winter season opens January 1st each year. Northern Pike The best word to describe the winter angling opportunities in our Lake of Legends area could only be "endless". Do you want numbers? Size? Both size and numbers? You decide and we will put you on the fish. Brook Trout Several of our area lakes are stocked with Nipigon strain brookies each year. The fishing pressure is minimal at best so enjoy some awesome winter brookie action. The size varies from lake to lake, which makes it even more exciting. Splake

In January of 2002 a 12lb 2oz splake was landed.
Relax and enjoy our outdoor 8 person hot tub or wood fired cedar sauna at the end
of a fish filled day on the ice.
SnowmobilingWhy should you come to Pasha Lake Cabins to snowmobile?
Snow! Snow! Snow! Yes we have snow. Thanks to the weather system off of
Lake Nipigon we have plenty of snow when other regions don't. From November
to March you can plan on coming here to play in the snow. Give us a call
for an update on snow conditions.
Whether you enjoy groomed trails or powder riding, the Pasha Lake area provides miles of riding opportunities. If you're tired of busy, beat up trails then head north to an undiscovered snowmobile paradise. From Pasha Lake Cabins you can ride to Geraldton, Beardmore or Nipigon for the day. We are located right on the OFSC trail for easy riding convenience. If you are riding by stop in to fill up your gas tank and warm up in our new lodge. We have hot drinks and soft drinks available. |
